Today 22/4/17 I spent the day at the HIA Home Show. It was great to see some new and innovative products that are coming into the market. Last year it was soft close drawer that could hold up to 80kg of weight.
This year there was some great innovations in the kitchen for those high cupboards and corner cupboards. There were some great kitchen ideas like the Hideaway bin systems. You can utilise your original cupboards and install a set of hidden bins to keep your rubbish and recyclables out of sight.
Even in the laundry you can have a bin hidden in your cupboard, hiding your dirty laundry away from visitors.
The innovative ideas don't stop with the inside of your home, there were even some great gutter guards to stop your gutters overflowing with leaves and water causing your gutters and downpipes to overflow causing damage to your home.
There's also some great new innovations for your wardrobe spaces that nothing standard would fit. You can custom design a set of drawers or shelves for your space and have them professionally cut and assembled and installed by Adam's Handy Hands.
I have talked to many product designers on installation of their products, gaining much knowledge about the quality and durability of their products and ease of installation.
It was a great day, lots of knowledge gained and lots of new products to hopefully work with in the future.
